Return Policy
Canvases, kits, books, and special orders are not returnable. Fibers with receipt may be returned within 90 days of purchase for store credit.
Fabrication Policy
A credit card on file is required for fabrication orders. We will charge you when your completed item arrives in the store.
Class Policy
All classes and lessons will be paid in full upon registration. Classes and lessons are non-cancelable and non-refundable. With 10 days notice you may reschedule your class or lesson.
Special Order Policy
A credit card on file is required for all special orders (canvases, custom artwork, creative consultations/stitch guides, fabrication, etc). We will charge you when your item arrives in the store. Special orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
